The series is open to FIDE online arena full members who are nationals of the countries participating in Brasil 2014.

They are divided in two groups

GROUP A

Algeria, Argentina, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Ecuador, France, Germany, Ghana, Honduras, South Korea, Iran, Nigeria, Portugal, Russia, Switzerland, the USA.

GROUP B

Australia, Brazil, Cameroon, Ivory Coast, Costa Rica, Chile, Colombia, Croatia, England, Japan, Greece, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, Spain, Uruguay
